Last night, the SCFD stars shone brighter than ever. Via Proclamation, Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper declared November 30, 2010 as “Floyd Ciruli 2010 Rex Morgan Award Recipient Day”.
The eponymous Rex Morgan Award is granted annually to a deserving citizen volunteer who exemplifies the qualities of Mr. Rex Morgan, one of the founders of the SCFD. Nominees have demonstrated a...
